The name "Balai," meaning "House" in Filipino, embodies the company's mission to create a true home—one that respects and celebrates both heritage and individual needs.

At BalaiCare, life skills development takes center stage, supported by culturally rich programming and personalized care plans rooted in the Filipino tradition of 'Mano po,' a gesture of respect and warmth.
